Memberships
Corporate memberships are eligible for half off their initiation fee.
Membership rates are based on the number of employees enrolled during the open enrollment period. Employees can add in throughout the year, but this will not impact the rate until the following open enrollment period.
10-49 employees enrolled = $44/month (10% discount)
50+ employees enrolled = $39/month (20% discount)
